What about free standard shipping and express shipping?

Standard shipping within Australia is FREE for all orders over $55. We use Australia Post.

Express shipping within Australia is $14.95. Orders sent via express shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days within the Australia Post express post delivery network.

 

What other shipping options are available in Australia?

You also have the option of selecting postage features such as 'signature on delivery' & 'extra loss cover' at the checkout (at an extra cost), these features can add extra security to your delivery. We use Australia Post.

Do you send Internationally?

Yes, we are now sending to International locations. If your country isn't available at the checkout and you would like to purchase an item, please contact us at sales@zcarfie.com.au

Please ensure you are aware of any important taxes specific to your country prior to making a purchase, as these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The International shipping costs are as follows.

New Zealand (Standard International) = $15.95 AUD

Japan (Standard International) = $22.95 AUD

USA (Standard International) = $25.95 AUD

Canada (Standard International) = $25.95 AUD

United Kingdom (Standard International) = $29.95 AUD

 If your country is not listed, please contact sales@zcarfie.com.au for freight cost, we will respond ASAP.

* Please note that your item may be subject to custom inspections and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any import taxes specific to your country. Zcarfie will not pre-pay or refund any additional costs incurred once your item has left our store.

 

What are the expected delivery times?

AUSTRALIA (standard shipping): 2 to 6 business days

AUSTRALIA (express shipping, within express zone): 2 to 3 business days

AUSTRALIA (express shipping, outside express zone): 2 to 6 business days

INTERNATIONAL: 3 to 15 business days*^

* International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to local charges & custom inspections unique to your country. If these charges apply, they will be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Zcarfie will not be responsible for any additional charges for your order and we recommend contacting your local customs for further information.

^ For all International orders, delivery times are reliant on third party suppliers for Australia Post. Any delays on expected delivery times are outside of Zcarfie control.  

Please note that whilst we do everything possible to ensure that you receive your goods in their original condition, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during transit from the courier. If this situation is to occur, please notify our team as soon as possible so we can be of assistance in assisting with the issue.

How do you pack your Zcarfie?

All items purchased from Zcarfie are sent with care to ensure they arrive to you in perfect / new condition. Headwear items are placed in a poly-bag & sent via Australia Post.
